Sometimes Stedman is initially perceived as being quite shy however he is fiercely competitive, driven, prolific and has a wicked and dry sense of humour.

Stedman's commercial role is extensive, he currently composes new music, produces music, nurtures new talent, designs clothes, luggage ranges and choreographs up and coming future stars at his private dance studio’s in west London.

His choreography is simply world class and he is endorsed by Brain Freidman (World renowned X Factor ‘Creative Director’) as a top class performer and teacher.
